If you are having a medical or criminal emergency please call 911. The main number to the police department is 719-784-3411, option 0. To report a crime or speak with an officer, press option 1. This will connect you to dispatch.
Office hours: We have officers on duty around the clock, but our office hours are limited. Monday-Friday from 8:30 am -4:30 pm
The Florence Police Department is located at the Florence City Hall located at 600 West 3rd Street, Florence, CO .81226.
Directions to the Police Department: Turn onto Washington Ave from 3rd Street and proceed past the first entrance into City Hall. Take a left into the Police Department parking lot.
