We are pleased to announce that in an effort to increase our services to our citizens, we are implementing increased hours for our City Hall. This will be on a trial basis and will be assessed in the future, but effective July 27, our new hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We feel that increasing our hours is one way to better serve the needs of the citizens of Florence.
The Planning Department will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday until 6:00 p.m. The City Clerk, Finance Office, and City Manager will be available for appointments until 6:00 p.m. daily.
We welcome feedback from our citizens, as we are always looking at ways to increase our service to the citizens of Florence.
